"The paintings exhibit a convergence
of color, abstract pictorial minimalism, and content; depicting another dimension
with a translucency of surface verve. The dissolution of substance denotes
a sort of yearning vacancy. Wonderful work." -
Angela
di Bello, Director of Agora Gallery, New York
"Paintings full of colors, lights and shadows
become an open window to the abstract world that Ana Isabel de Cure states
through her pieces."-

Chava
Cure's paintings have been evolving throughout her career. When she finished
her studies at Bellas Artes Chava worked with pastel and charcoal. The main
theme of her creations was the human body. Later Chava got involved with watercolors
and sculpture. Her work was realistic and figurative. With time she matured
to surrealism and finally abstractism, where she conveys all her feelings and
emotions.
